"It did work, but for some reason..."
It did work, but for some reason I thought the potency would be a bit stronger. It was okay overall, just not as strong as I was hoping.

"My order showed up with one item missing..."
My order showed up with one item missing, so I had to email them and wait a couple of days to hear back. Not a huge deal, but it wasn’t the best first impression and I was a little annoyed, if that makes sense.

They did eventually reply, checked into it, and sent out the missing item. So in the end it was sorted, just not especially quick. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely hope it goes a little smoother next time.

"Good Packaging, But Instructions Could Be Clearer"
Everything was packed well and arrived with no leaks or mess, which I really appreciated. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experience

"Limited strain options and unclear info"
I was disappointed with the strain selection since there just weren’t many options to choose from. What made it more annoying was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was actually available until I had to ask.

I wouldn’t say this extract was especially strong, so I was a little underwhelmed at first. That said, to be fair, it still worked and I did notice some effect. It’s not the most powerful one I’ve tried, but it wasn’t a total miss either.

I gave this a try, but unfortunately the taste was bitter and the aroma was a bit odd. It just didn’t come across as very enjoyable to me. Overall, not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t purchase it again.

I tried using pabotanicals.com, but the whole experience felt kind of frustrating. The pages were slow to load, the menus weren’t very clear, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. I was about to place an order, but the site just didn’t make me feel very confident. I reached out to customer service with a simple question, but it took them days to get back to me. When they finally replied, it barely answered what I asked. What made it even more annoying was all the aggressive reminders they kept sending in the meantime, like they were pushing me to act before actually helping me.

I was checking through my lab test info and was relieved that the results were actually easy to find instead of being buried somewhere. Most of it was clear, and I felt like they were being fairly transparent with the information. A few pages could use better explanations, but overall I had a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

I was hoping for a easy, no-stress experience, but it ended up being more annoying than expected. A few of the items seemed fresh and were totally fine, but others felt like they’d been sitting around too long. It wasn’t terrible, just not as fresh as I expected, and it added that little extra stress of checking everything over before using it...

"Good capsules overall"
I ordered these capsules from pabotanicals.com and, they seemed solid to me. They looked clean, weren’t cracked, and were easy enough to take... so no complaints there.

I also didn’t notice any weird smell when I opened the bottle, and nothing was leaking or stuck together, which I appreciated. The whole thing felt fresh and packaged fine!
I’m giving 4 stars because it was a good experience overall, just not absolutely perfect. I’d probably buy them again if the price stays reasonable
